1. Upon registering with MEN AT WORK LIMITED.you are deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions laid out here and will be governed by English Law.
2. All profiles placed on the web site shall be published on the members section of the website for 1 year.
3. MEN AT WORK LIMITED. Solely provides advertising and marketing service to private (independent) escorts who wish to advertise their services on our online brochure, we are not escorts.
4. We do not accept any liability or responsibility should your advertisement on the online brochure fail to achieve a response.
5. Your profile and photographs can be changed as often as you wish during your advertising period.
6. The service we provide starts when your advertisement is published on MEN AT WORK LIMITED.
Website, therefore we cannot offer you the right to cancel "cooling-off period".
7. MEN AT WORK LIMITED. is not your employer. As such you shall be solely responsible for any financial liabilities you may incur as a result of work obtained through interest from this site.
8. You must not bring our website into disrepute. You must not engage in criminal activities and associate those activities or you with this site.
9. We will not permit the abuse or use of bad language to any staff members, anyone not abiding by this rule will have his/her profile removed from the site and barred from advertising in the future.
10. We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of the loss of our services beyond our reasonable control.
11. You indemnify us against any loss we incur as a result of your not adhering to these terms & conditions.
12. Upon registering with MEN AT WORK LIMITED. you have agreed that you are aged over 18 years old and we cannot be held responsible if you enter the incorrect details.
13. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the two parties and is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
